Perform Mintpy Time Series Analysis

I am experiencing an issue with the Mintpy time series analysis using the Sentinel -1 INSAR GAMMA dataset in the Opensarlab. During the AOI subsetting step, I drew a bounding box on the map to select my area of interest (AOI). the interferogram network was generated correctly, but the final velocity plot only covers a small portion of the selected AOI. I would appreciate any insights or suggestions to resolve this issue. If there are any additional troubleshooting steps I should take or specific settings to check, please let me know. Thank you! Hi @PUNEETKATAYAYAN, It appears that most of the data has lost coherence. This is likely caused by the extensive mangrove forests and agriculture contained in your AOI. If this is the case, you could try creating a seasonal stack to minimize change due to vegetation.
