Media streaming needs improvements #2

While streaming youtube videos works great, I realise that streaming media from your local hard drive needs a few fixes.

Media Streaming(files) now runs a http server on client which means no transcoding is required, omxplayer will play most codecs.

I am working on doing the same for DVD's. DVD's will use MPV instead of omxplayer and will require a mpeg2 license.

DVD's use nbd-server and client, lsdvd on client to get keys.
