Wat guidelines would you give to some one setting up a K - 9 email for the first time?

• log in your gmail in the browser.
• check for the security settings at top right of the above screen short.
• scroll down and activate allow less trusted apps as illustrated bellow in the screen shoot.
• then add your gmail to k-9mail
• select any user name of your choice for your k-9 mail.
