Eden Team you are going to host a community repair cafe event in two weeks time, list all the things needed for the success of this event, what tools and materials do you need, what logistics arrangements are required? Please work as a Team and complete this issue.

Hi @dawaedina27 how is this situation, shall we add some documents? concepts? is there open communication with PA and @maliarich might have some info → call, chat, meet → make it happen fast, time is running out :)

For the platform Africa affiliated participants, you can work on the team list + concepts together - since you have similar repair café idea (x2) , it will save more time for you!

Ok Team Eden thx for your Budget plan → I think it is great, I only excluded the flip charts, laptops, cams → we have to find renting/other solutions for this as event costs.

Team Eden (PA)

Materials*	185000UGX /= 51,-USD	add wires!
Event	up to 800$	yet to be adjusted together with Hub and finance admin, renting laptops, cams, get flip charts and might need fees

All good, if you need a specific checklist we can develop. I'll try to put in some last guidance tomorrow evening together with @bmen to have some checklists for each team available.

How to handle participants/devices (record) → Reception Check-List
How to handle the tools and materials → Toolkeeping Check-List
How to handle the repairs → Expert Check-List
How to handle the online reporting etc → Collaboration Check-List

→ all of these are to be considered then a prototype where we need proof of concept, so we will learn from the event on the 16th and improve, it is ok if not everything works out perfectly, from there we grow. :+1:
