I think the network will normalise soon but however other options be reserved in case, but wat matters is keeping truck of activities.

I think it would be good to have:

  1. a BBB Session with (news flash) Break-Out-Rooms for each team one can join/switch to help
  2. a collective Telegram Chat (for quick questions/recordings/sychs to add later to the documentation)
  3. each team has a GitHub issue for their session where their can share updates and new challenges? (one issue for each device to fix is also possible but might be a bit too much? though it is much cleaner in case the fix will come later due to missing parts or other time issues)

@timm the network won't be challenging for long in Uganda ...they might restore the internet fully back since schools resumes next month. But in cases where network persist altogether, bor for example, they could record videos, photos and send on the telegram + document on the git issue.

We have taken some better alternatives that work for this ( direct phone calls + conference calls and telegram chats.)

timmwille commented 3 years ago

sure but where would we share our live documentations so that others can help and join? video Calls take a bit more data then pictures or GIFs shared in a GitHub Repository or in Telegram e.g. → so having both options might be best → also what shall we do with the ones interested in the activity in general? does each team have a Webcam running all day (separate Channels, to keep the overall data stream separate/small per team) ??

We are going to have: → Project planning (GitHub)

→ Telegram Group (Chat)

→ Team Reporting/Setup Issues (GitHub)

→ BBB Online Session (Video Stream)
