check this out @romeoplat → any comments/we might need to see what is the difference to what is left and what's still needed. keep me in the loop, we have to act fast to be in time this time. Tomorrow we finalise

you need to talk to PA, I have no Idea how much is left. I can not guarantee it is possible. I was planning for 6-8 Teams/Events, now the next SSD Events and Adjumani have Priority

should be possible, feel free to add. In general I have not yet heard back if the repeating event will happen on the 23rd? is what I would suggest and had in mind. What is communicated with PA @romeoplat ?
