mobilise refugee youths and instil repair skills in them
these will cut off the cost of hiring experts during community repair cafe.
community repair cafe alone doesn't have much effect on the community, more effect when we train them and organise community repair cafe's as their interneurship.

Having an established repair Café center would put the #ASKotec to more use since there will be everyday use of it.
