Change Theme to kross jekyll theme #128

The Kross theme will be used: https://github.com/themefisher/kross-jekyll

As long as the conversion process is going on, we are working on the following fork: https://github.com/bmen/ASKnet.Community

[x] transfer all content to the new theme (Bastian)
[x] take over all stylings (Bastian)
[x] create collections for hub, resources and tools (Bastian)
[x] styling sections (Bastian)
[x] styling detail page for hubs
[x] grids (hubs, tools, resources): make links work in mobile view
[x] Body text a bit bigger
[x] styling 404 Error Page
[x] styling header
[x] create navigation
[x] styling footer
[x] update contact form (honeypot, allow ..@abc.agency domains)
[x] create privacy policy and imprint page (Timm)

Great, we made the ticket. Many thanks also to Martin for his wonderful preparatory work.

I let the links in the grids as they are, because there is a hover effect and you have to click twice on a smartphone.
