Lawrence Kenyi Stephen is a South Sudanese living in Uganda as a second time refugee who is an empowered social activist equipped with knowledge and skills for leading community and educational initiatives and influences people to become informed citizens who actively participate in making meaningful decisions and advocating for peace, child protection and quality education for children and youths who currently have limited or no access to learning opportunities.
