remove automatic linking to hubs section on website #347

rather link straight to the respective organisations page

@timmwille if I understand you well, hub links should link straight to the web site of those respective hubs.

I also suggest that if a hub has no website as of now, we should link to page on the site that they the hub without a website must help write/formulate
