Add new "Min. trainer" filter in the module overview page? #135

from my POV filtering modules via the amount of trainers is not necessary. at least i cant imagine a proper use case for this case. but this is only my feeling and i care little if it will be implemented or not. i belive this feature wont be recognized by the majority of users anyway.

as this is a displayed number and I think it is helpful to know I think it is nice to add. But priority is the tag/topic/skill list.

@saisilinus probably this might be implemented in the future, but only together with the min. Trainer icon in each module card in the overview reimplemented too, so this here might be good to keep an eye on or somehow document for later: https://github.com/saisilinus/ASKnet-Training/commit/9e51dddeeb1cdfa55d44a3f4cecfd13c18accbdb
