@saisilinus if you can help with these

[x] page break for cost summary
[x] remove edit buttons (time edit, title and description edit, add trainer notes) from print view
[x] remove drag button (optional, if possible)
[x] remove last line of summary block (comment out) linked to #134 decision
[x] fix broken module print view when multi pages modules have no indicator icon (move module) on top left
