The Moralizing_gods data in Section 15.2.3 are from Whitehouse et al (2019), which is saved in my Zotero as @whitehouseComplexSocietiesPrecede2019. On July 12, 2021, Zotero alerted me this work was recently retracted, the details of which can be found at https://retractionwatch.com/2021/07/07/critique-topples-nature-paper-on-belief-in-gods/. It appears the retraction is, in part, a reaction to this preprint which, interestingly enough, questions the authors' missing data methods. This should be noted in the ebook.

The preprint is now a published paper at https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-021-03655-4, which should be added to Zotero.
