Technical integration between the CiviCDR platform and SP platforms would greatly reduce overhead for SPs and CiviCDR. The interviewed SPs ticketing system is able to use PGP and email to communicate securely with CiviCDR in future versions. But, it would require building out the notification system to handle a series of other platforms. The system would have to track ticket numbers, be able to link SP and IP communications, be able to sync the ticket status across the platforms, etc.
