This PR holds the minimum required changes in order for the project to run partially in a vue3 environment.

Migrate to vite
Handle on-the-fly svg assets loading (now broken due to migration. Should easily be resolvable once using vite)
setup linter (yes, there was actually none hahaha)
lint & reformat entire project 🫥 (brace for broken pieces of code everywhere)
