Issue description

Karen set up new permalinks for hosting the PDF versions of the specification. Here they are:

These documents are currently hosted on the official ASPRS SharePoint, and those links should always forward to the actual URL.

We will eventually start pulling down the wordpress doc uploads. Please let me know ASAP if these links don't work for you in your IT environment.
