2021 3rd quarter WFMS flags

• [x] IPN test, 07-07 -- nothing to flag, just a weird cal check result
• [x] unexplained NO/NOX/NOY/SO2/CO cal failure, 07-20 and 07-21
• [x] unexplained CE cal failure, 08-26
• [x] CO discontinuities (power failures?), 08-02 to 08-05 -- flagged by spike detector
• [x] power issues, starting 09-21 -- spikes only appear in Campbell, not Envidas data. weird.
• [ ] weird SO2 spikes, 09-28 -- suspect? no spikes in WFMB data
• [x] more CO discontinuities (probably power related), starting 09-13 -- OK in Envidas
• [x] once per 3 day ozone cals, starting August -- already flagged in DEC Envidas data
• [x] ultrafine flatlines and spikes caused by power glitches, mostly September
• [x] lots of negative wood smoke -- automatic negative flagging is OK
