Need a place to publish ASRG's Automotive Security Vulnerability Disclosure Policy (ASVDP) #151

There is a place at the ASRG webpage needed where we can make publicly available our Automotive Security Vulnerability Disclosure Policy (ASVDP).

@SvenSchran, please create some requirements and ideas about this so we can start to think about how to do it.

As first topic we need to publish the Automotive Security Vulnerability Disclosure Policy (ASVDP) at ASRG's homepage. The link to it is needed for the CNA resgistration form. The policy itself just was shared some month ago. If this is possible we can create first the webpage without make it public. By doing this everyone can review and improve it before going life.
