running 3_repair.py #3

When running 3_repair.py, it reports an error saying that the connection failed to find the pre-trained model . /model_ItRepair/IteRepair, how to fix it here please? 1

Hi,

This is the same issue of #4, I am closing another one. The model is too large to be uploaded in Github. I will compress them and upload to zenodo and let you know.
