Since I haven't worked on slumps for 1-2 months, I'm also realizing that some error/printing messages and instructions in the README are outdated or misleading. Also trying to fix that here.

Making sure that AFL results can be easily run again. Mostly working bash scripts here, but is also related to PR in SWAM to clean up signature inferring.
