Need to add "Attending Virtually" webpage #94

We need to add an attending virtually webpage that is analogous to our "attending in athens" page but covers all necessary info for virtual "attendance":

We might be able to re-appropriate some things from this: https://assets21.sigaccess.org/access.html

I think maybe @jonfroehlich should take the lead on this given the tight time constraints... but would love help.
