Objective

Move animation plugin to its own crate
Fixes #19

Solution

Move all logic to new sprite_animator crate

Other fixes

Updated animation system API to be more ergonomic
Moved new method to default implementation

New crates added

sprite_animator

Testing

Tested functionality by playing animation on current game character loaded by LDtk and no issues were found.
