Feature: Added NextAuth - Subject to review & further discussion #53

Hey all,

Figured I would get the conversation going with the idea of implementing Auth (NextAuth) for the site. This PR is meant to merge into dev and offer a starting place for what login-based functionality could look like. Happy to continue chatting about this and putting together some more features/todo items for this. I wasn't able to attend the last meeting in full for everything that was discussed but I would imagine the goal to be adding more OAuth providers, login related features, etc.

Again just opening the conversation for this! Happy to discuss it more and put together a plan!

Currently, the website doesn't require authentication. However, once we migrate to Next.js v14 and set up our Learning Management System (LMS), we plan to implement authentication. This will be a future enhancement.
