studev into dev - added member joined channel event handler and welcome function #29

Fixes # 28

Added event handler for when member joins a channel. Created function to get user info based on userID Created function to welcome user by real name into the channel they joined.

Also, updated deploy script to pull from dev branch, but will probably swap back now that we've updated dev to default.
