Special menu items module support and other stuff #5

Added support for the 'Special menu items' module.

Injecting site name into ASUHeader.site_menu.site_name on the client side. Added hook to alter site name before injection.

Modified README file to reflect changes.

We will need to remove the site name injection code from WebSpark as the brand_module will be doing this now.
