UDS-1392: Bring in changes to Inset Box and Image Text components from WS2 updates

Description

Bringing in two updates from a WS2 PR that incorrectly updated the UDS files. Adding PRs here to prevent regression on next release. This PR updates the Inset Box and Image and Text components.
