fix(unity-bootstrap-theme): Card Arrangement – Cards have inconsistent padding

Description

Cards on small/mobile should have 24px padding. Cards on desktop should have 32px padding

unity-bootstrap-theme changes will also effect components-core

breaking the accordion made me realize the padding was also wrong for accordion, my latest changes should also fix mobile accordion padding
