Description

Updated small ranking card to match new XD.

Small card button is much larger and around 40px width and height. it was decided that the titles will stay as h4

@davidornelas11 The components-core update bit will need to get relayed to the unity-react-core package in the consolidation branch, if it hasn't already been done.
