Always use EFI compatible partitions #61

This should work regardless of pcbios or not, and allows for easier migration See #4 Relates loosely to #35, #24

/boot needs to be ext since there is symbols created /boot/efi should be vfat In pcbios mode we don't want /boot to risk being larger than 2TB

So to do this properly, we need both a /boot partition, and a /boot/efi partition ?
