Remove eudev ? #67

Is eudev causing conflicts with other packages and no longer usable? should we drop it?

I still think systemd is still a uncontrolled cancer that spreads where it does not belong, so this is something that needs to be considered carefully.

USE -udev on sys-apps/systemd-utils resolves the block
