Unit number to constant #9

The unit fule here might be a temporary measure before Unitful.jl is adopted. However, it would be better for the numbers being constants by adding const. It ain't much, but it's honest work.

Thanks! Yes, that file is temporary, but until we switch to Unitful it's good to have improvements like these.
