Hey @trevorkhtsang did someone look through feature lists for 2015 & 2016 to upgrade atalibj?

Of particular note, is the Scheduler / Timer (used in Controller) class still applicable?

I can't say for sure if anyone has upgraded atalibj, but I think someone was assigned to that. The Timer used in Controller.java will compile, but beyond that I'm not sure if it still applies.

Look like timer is still valid.

Look at the XboxController, the new Victor & Talons (CAN & PWM), and analog vs. digital gyros.

Pretty sure this is just a matter of updating it for wpilibj 2017, so I'm changing the name.
