Pending conclusion that this package is a good idea (see https://github.com/ropenscilabs/onboarding-guide/issues/1 and twitter msg) we should:

[x] Create pkg, e.g. with devtools::create()
[x] Set-up CI, e.g. with https://github.com/ropenscilabs/tic
