Let swagger run #23

Assigning React app to the plumber “assets” tag at root / causes plumber's built in swagger to be disabled. I thought I had sorted this out but it turns out not.

Important to get this working (somehow).

the commit is not 'ideal'. That asset mapping causes something not to function properly within this.
