rm gp_ prefix from all R/ file names

These are redundant, and the directory would be visually easier to scan if the file names didn't have the gp_ prefixes

I was thinking about this. Others (sf) are doing this, so will do and push.

Slight modification to .Rbuildignore and .gitignore. Push coming and will leave it to you to close @mpadge. Thanks.
