Can I compile Linkbar for ARM64 Windows 11? #39

I can run x64 apps on the ARM64 platform, but I want to build a version for the ARM64 platform. Windows 11. Can I do it with Dephil? I have not used Dephil before.

It's technically possible, but I have not tried it. Also, I don't know if Delphi Community Edition supports compiling for ARM. If you try, please tell me if it worked or not.
