Finalization of shared memory, along with corresponding update of documentation.
Shared Memory was tested using a 4-processor load with a 6.7 GB mesh on a iMac with 16GB of RAM without any issues, as well as an Ubuntu machine with 16 GB of RAM without any issues. Windows direct testing has not occurred yet.
