Gated scaler not working #213

Something is wrong with the IC gated scaler.... needs work

Actually, thinking about this, it doesn't work. I think the trigger is not setup correctly to make this analysis work properly in the GET+FRIB DAQ setup

Maybe you need to specifically select a kind of event? But not sure how that is done here

Fixed. There is a bitfield in the FRIBDAQ data with trigger info
