Generate mesh script #215

When using Spyral on Polaris, would probably want to have a mesh generation thingy that would work independently of the main spyral stuff to avoid having extra runtime on the main job. Make it locally and then ship it off to the hpc?

Acutally, would be good to have this for all assets, not just the mesh.
