[Feature] Drops of certain value #11

Hi! Love the plugin, and my friends and I use it to show each other things about our ironmen.

Would be nice to be able to get a drop of x value take a screenshot and send a message :)

This plugin only covers skill level ups, you can use one of the below plugins for loot notifications:

Note: most of these plugins do not support the new DT2 bosses, while Dink does (disclosure: i'm a maintainer of dink)
