Not sure if you want this feature, but it seems nice so I made a quick version of it.

Cool idea! I think it'd be a nice feature to have to help reduce spam for larger discord servers. FYI - once merged this won't be immediately available on RuneLite. I'll need to submit a separate PR to them.
