Date problems in template #27

These are commonly a problem and require copy out into Neovim, change format of cells, paste back in. Data processing evaluates dates line-by-line I think. Day and month sometimes mixed up. I should have option to set in template "dd-mm-yyy or mm-dd-yyyy". Total PITA.
