Align argument names in tfmod.py and Kga_onda.py #5

This could include Q -> v_g in tfmod. Think about use of v for volume or velocity.

I've changed Q to v_g, and also added v_l, for both v = superficial velocity (cross sectional area-normalized volumetric flow). And now I use vol for volume. This is all around a4a1875d9c89c560c1c72eca7a6127d3c95ba35b
