Logic crashes when creating summing track #2

legacy reported issue:

I wanted to mention that i get a crash using the Virus HC editor V3 and the same in V2 RC9, when in Logic 10.6.3 Intel Mac Catalina when i select the track and choose “Create Sum Track”
