Pro Tools crash when Editor is removed with MIDI ports configured

Describe the bug Pro Tools crashes when removing the plugin from a Pro Tools insert slot and having the midi ports connected in the plugin. This is the same for AAX and VST through Patchworks. When I change midi in/out to "none" before removing the editor from a insert slot, everything works as normal.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load Editor
2. Set MIDI I/O
3. Remove Editor
4. Crash

Work around When I change midi in/out to "none" before removing the editor from a insert slot, everything works as normal.

Expected behavior No crash should occur.
