I have test your extension and didn't found any issues on its own

but they can be a potential compatibility issues with other extensions hence the pr

unless you have reasons to object to my PR I would prefer that the PR gets merged before this extension gets posted onto the index otherwise otherwise once ort is installed it may cause issues with other extensions

to be safe I just did quick test by nukeing my venv and relaunch (reinstalling) background removal is working
