Yet another version bump PR. This time to support both DIS models, one for general use, and another for anime. Supersedes https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui-rembg/pull/11 and https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui-rembg/pull/19.
