1 year ago I have the same issue sometimes but the other way around. Clicking it opens Extra Networks but then I can't close it. The button does nothing.

1 year ago Same issue (can't open extra networks), on Windows using Firefox.
I've noticed the the issue is resolved by clearing site data in Firefox and restarting, thus I have the feeling it might correlate with the "state" extension, which I and the OP both have.
However, it's hard to test because I don't know what triggers the bug, as it's working around ~75% of the time. Resetting my state every time this happens is quite the nuisance though.
Edit: Resetting page state and restarting webui actually does not consistently fix the issue. I've noticed the following in JS console output:

this fix worked for me. I also noticed a correlation between the extensions list and this bug: When this bug is active, switching to the extensions tab does not list your mods. It shows a loading spinner that never completes.
Switching the "disable all extensions radio button to "all" or "extra" disables mods so that things work properly.
One thing that did work was using the "check for updates" button to force the list of extensions to display. Once that happened, I could open the extra networks back on the txt2img tab without issue.

1 year ago In my case it was strange because the extention wasn't working on txt2img but it was working on img2img. I was organizing LoRa's and also added an extention for automatic key prompt, so I thought it could be one of the two... but for some odd reason, disabling the state on the extra networks did fix the issue.

1 year ago I removed --xformers from webui-user.bat and it's working again.
