[Bug]: Missing Python even tho i downloaded it and added to path

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?

It's saying that I don't have python installed but I do and I have added it to path

Steps to reproduce the problem

Launch webui-user.bat

What should have happened?

Launched the web after installation after opening webui-user.bat
