What would your feature do ?

AMD-Software-PRO-Edition-23.Q3-Win10-Win11-For-HIP ，zhis hip is already work，FOR webui ？AMD‘s GPU？ROCM？？

Proposed workflow

  1. Go to .... AMD website
  2. Press .... FIT for webui on win10/11
  3. ...

This should be given more attention since there's no need for DirectML anymore.

PyTorch isn't supported for ROCm on Windows yet - I guess we'll have to wait for that
